Step-by-Step Administration
Anesthesia: Local anesthetic cream followed by a minor nerve block makes the penis completely numb. No pain is experienced.Preparation: Exosomes are thawed carefully from dry ice and loaded into micro-syringes.Intracavernosal Injection (10 mins): Under sterile conditions, exosomes are injected directly into the corpora cavernosa on both sides.Discharge: A light bandage is applied, and patients leave the clinic immediately.Session Protocol
Typically, a single session of exosome therapy is sufficient. For severe vasculopathy or post-cancer patients, a secondary booster injection 4 weeks later may be scheduled.
