The application steps of SVF therapy require specialized surgical and laboratory setups. In this article, I discuss how SVF stem cell therapy is performed in our clinic.
Phase 1: Mini Liposuction (Fat Harvesting)
Under sterile conditions and local anesthesia, we harvest a small amount of adipose tissue (50-100 cc) from the lower abdomen using specialized micro-cannulas. The patient feels no pain.
Phase 2: Cellular Isolation Phase
The harvested fat is processed in our laboratory through centrifugation, mechanical filtration, and enzymatic digestion to separate the regenerative stem cells from mature fat cells, yielding the SVF concentrate.
Phase 3: Penile Injection
The freshly isolated SVF is injected directly into the corpora cavernosa using micro-needles under local anesthetic blocks. The entire process takes about 90 minutes.
